Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective for the 2026–2027 Snow Removal Season

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Yéti Snow Removal Customer Referral Program. By participating in the program, customers agree to the following terms.

The Customer Referral Program is available to active Yéti Snow Removal residential customers.

Referral rewards are available only for eligible new customers. Yéti Snow Removal will determine referral eligibility based on its customer records and the requirements of this program.

Existing customers, previous customers, or individuals who do not otherwise qualify as new customers are not eligible as new customer referrals.

A referral becomes a successful referral only when the referred person:

• qualifies as an eligible new Yéti Snow Removal customer; 
• accepts and signs their Yéti Snow Removal service agreement; and 
• successfully completes their first installment payment. 

Submitting a referral form, requesting a quote, completing a registration form, receiving a service agreement, or otherwise expressing interest in Yéti Snow Removal services does not by itself constitute a successful referral.

The referring customer earns rewards according to the number of successful referrals achieved during the applicable program period:

1 successful referral — $25 total credit

5 successful referrals — $200 total credit

10 successful referrals — Free Snow Removal Season, up to a maximum value of $550

Referral rewards are cumulative.

When a customer reaches a higher reward tier, rewards previously earned are included in the value of the new tier. Only the difference between rewards already earned and the new total reward is credited.

Example: If a customer has already earned $75 in referral credits and subsequently reaches five successful referrals, an additional $125 credit will be applied, bringing the customer's total referral rewards to $200.

Referral credits are applied toward the referring customer's second installment payment.

A referral must become a successful referral before the applicable reward can be issued.

If a referral reward is earned after the customer's second installment has already been paid, the eligible credit may be applied toward any remaining balance on the customer's account or carried forward to the following snow removal season, as applicable.

Referral credits cannot result in a cash refund or negative account balance.

An eligible referred customer receives a $25 discount when they become a successful referral.

This reward applies to the referred customer's first season with Yéti Snow Removal and is separate from the referring customer's accumulated referral rewards.

The referred customer's $25 reward does not increase based on the referring customer's reward tier.

Customers should submit referrals through the official Yéti Snow Removal Customer Referral Form.

Referring customers are asked to provide as much information as reasonably available about the person they are referring. Complete contact or address information is not required if the referring customer does not know it.

Yéti Snow Removal will use the information provided, together with its customer records, to identify, match, and verify referrals.

If Yéti Snow Removal cannot reasonably identify or match a submitted referral to a new customer, the referral may not qualify for a reward.

If the same person is referred by more than one customer, only one referring customer may receive the referral reward.

The referral will be attributed to the first eligible referral submission received by Yéti Snow Removal.

The date and time recorded through Yéti Snow Removal's referral system will be used to determine which eligible referral was submitted first.

       Referral rewards:

• have no cash value; 
• cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; 
• cannot be transferred to another customer or account; 
• cannot generate a cash refund or negative account balance; and 
• may only be applied toward eligible Yéti Snow Removal services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 

A customer who reaches 10 successful referrals earns a Free Snow Removal Season, up to a maximum value of $550.

If the customer's snow removal package exceeds $550, the customer remains responsible for any amount above the $550 maximum reward value.

If the customer still has an outstanding balance for the current snow removal season when the reward is earned, the credit will first be applied toward that outstanding balance.

Any remaining portion of the $550 reward will then be carried forward as a credit toward the customer's following snow removal season.

Example: If the customer earns the $550 reward while $250 remains outstanding for the current season, $250 will be applied toward the current balance and the remaining $300 will be carried forward to the following season.

If the current season has already been paid in full, the reward will be carried forward as a credit of up to $550 toward the following snow removal season.

Any unused portion of the reward cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Yéti Snow Removal reserves the right to review, reject, cancel, or invalidate referrals that are duplicated, fraudulent, misleading, submitted in bad faith, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose or requirements of the Customer Referral Program.

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program may result in the cancellation of applicable referral rewards and/or removal from the program.

Yéti Snow Removal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Customer Referral Program at its discretion.

Any referral rewards that have already been earned and confirmed before the effective date of a program change or termination will remain valid, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

All referral eligibility, matching, reward calculations, and program qualification determinations are subject to verification by Yéti Snow Removal in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Yéti Snow Removal's customer records and referral submission records will be used to determine eligibility and applicable rewards.
